Escape and relax as the soft piano backgrounds mix with my voice to guide and help you to disconnect from your mindless chatter. All you have to do is get comfortable in a place that is ideal for sleep. I will guide you with awareness through your thoughts and memories, letting go of each one, allowing your mind and body to rest peacefully. I wrote this track because one of my students asked me to help her son to relax so he could sleep. It is amazing how a soft voice, the awareness of breath and the willing to let go can allow the mind and body to release everything and just rest.
