Day 3: Heart Opening Meditation
The Heart Opening Meditation is a journey deep into your inner lovingness. It's rare that we draw our attention to our heart centre, the source of love. As Buddha once said, ‘we become what we think’. If you practice this meditation daily you will notice you feel more love and warmth in your heart, are able to forgive more easily and live with more passion! This meditation can be done as an extra meditation to your Gentle Breath Meditation.
