Day 2: Deep Sleep Meditation
If you are someone who struggles to sleep deeply at night, this meditation is for you. It’s also great if you are travelling and in a new environment. This meditation allows you to fall deeply into that healing sleep space which our body needs every night. This is the space where all the detoxing, rejuvenating and deep healing occurs. It’s imperative our body falls into this state every night for us to perform and show up to the world as our best self.
